HOME CHEF IN THE MAKING

Good food takes time and love. It’s an art.
Dining with one’s friends and beloved family is certainly one of life’s primal and most innocent delights, one that is both soul-satisfying and eternal. – Important Food Lessons From Julia Child

I am a foodie. I will write what I eat.

I started out as someone who simply enjoys eating delicious meals and exploring new cuisines. I can say that I’m quite blessed with a sensible palate, a passion to good food, and an eager curiosity to bold, unexplored cuisines.

Now, I have ventured myself to learn more about cooking, baking, and just simply, appreciating various flavors of food and the culture associated with it.

WHAT CAN YOU EXPECT?
All I want is an online food journal.  Here, I can write what I enjoy eating the most, what recipes I can recommend, where to find the best culinary delights, what stories every cuisine in the world can tell.  It’s my sheer attempt to share my most authentic culinary and cultural experiences in life.

I’m no expert in cooking but I love good food.  Now it’s time to stay longer in the kitchen and see if the magic woks with me, one recipe at a time.  So for budding home chefs like me, here’s our chance to share stories of misadventures in our kitchens, practical tips and advice we learned along the way, glimpses of our food trails and journeys – as we aspire to become better cooks for our family and friends.

Bon appetit!
